Andrea Reyes Sierra is a proud Latina from El Paso, Texas. Growing up on the border, her bicultural upbringing and lived experience as the daughter of immigrants shaped her deep commitment to justice and power building in marginalized communities—bringing her into the progressive movement over 10 years ago where she has served as Southern State Advisor and Comms Strategist for Way to Win LLC and Amplify (a project of Way to Win), Executive Director at Deeds Not Words, and in various capacities for political campaigns at the National, State and Local levels. She now works at TechTonic Justice as the National Organizing Director leading the strategic fights against AI decision-making technology.
